Things I love about having moved to a small town #2

Small town coffee shops, and how people stare at the table with the town cop, the bylaw guy, and the fireman/wannabe cop all at one table...  And how they sometimes talk like you can't hear them.

    Our small town coffee shop was the best, but the owners had an emergency back east and left. Now I have to get my coffee from a french press. ;) Good to see ya!

    This is so true...but remember you will be their fireman/cop soon and they will chat about you in your presence, but staunchly defend you to outsiders once you are "on board!"
